Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all safety seals are intact, and include the completed Return Authorization form inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Send your package to our returns center using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
